To provide better service quality, updates will be made as follows.

■ Update contents

1. Public Answer Template
The 'public' template function has been added, so that answer templates that were only available in one service can be used in other services.
Existing answer templates are classified as 'private', and templates used in common with other services are classified as 'public'.
We will provide detailed instructions on how to use it through an update of the user guide later.

2. Agent access log
A new menu is created in the 'Service Management > Agent > Access Log' location. In the menu, you can view the log-in, log-out and log-out records of agents for each service.

3. Other bug fixes
Online Contact is committed to providing better service.
