Receiving and processing type order adjustment function
You can set the exposure order of reception and processing types in the 'Service Management > Tickets > Category Management' menu.
Real-time number of tickets is reflected when allocating tickets with triggers
Fixed an issue where the number of cases in the left ticket management menu was not updated when assigning tickets with triggers.
