We will update the functions so that you can use Online Contact more conveniently.

1. Advanced inquiry reception API
The field items generated on the "Service Management> Tickets> Fields> Field Management" screen will also be improved so that they can be accepted using the inquiry reception API.
The API statement will be updated in the future with the Online Contact Service Guide on the NHN Cloud homepage.

2. Ticket basic language setting and correction function
Since the language cannot be recognized when receiving inquiries using the representative account or API, it is automatically set to the service "basic language", and if you wish to change the language, you can correct it on the ticket screen when creating the ticket.

3. Other bug fixes
