Online Contact Irregular Update on May 1st

Hello.
We would like to thank our customers for using Online Contact.
To provide better service quality, updates will be made as follows.
For further details, please refer to the information below.
■ Date of progress: Non-stop service update between 07:00 ~ 08:00 on May 1, 2024
■ Influence: Occurrence of temporary transient phenomenon
■ Update contents

1. Service fee changes
As announced on April 1st through an announcement on the NHN Cloud website,
The usage fee for the Online Contact service will change. (Application date: May 1, 2024)

2. Agent authority reorganization
'Basic permissions > ‘Ticket monitoring permission’ and ‘Access permission’ setting functions are added.

1) Basic Permissions
With the addition of ‘Ticket monitoring permission’,
You can set whether ticket processing is possible for each member (Administrator/Agent).
Ticket monitoring privileges can be granted not only to agents but also to administrators.
Ticket inflow/processing status can be monitored, but ticket processing/delivery is not possible.
Even after the point of application, the previously set major category permissions (administrator/agent) will remain the same.
Please note that detailed permissions are collectively set to ‘Ticket processing available’ permission.


2) Access permissions
If you are an administrator, you can select the type of access permission for members who can process tickets.
- Basic (PC + Mobile): Both PC version and Mobile app are accessible.
- Mobile: The service can be accessed only through the Mobile app, and the PC version is not available.
Members with ticket monitoring permission can access both the PC version and Mobile app.


3. Other updates

- Improved fee status screen: You can check usage and predict future costs even during the free trial period.
- When deleting a member/changing permissions (Ticket processing available → Ticket monitoring only), a function to check for unprocessed tickets/callbacks and assignments trigger has been added.
- Improved agent list screen UI
