1. Resolving the issue where ‘changed to’ is not applied among the trigger condition setting values
2. When creating a customer field, add guidance to the field types that can be used in HTML
3. Resolving the issue that cannot be ‘internally resolved’ when issue transfer and du-ray transfer response are completed

1. Delete ‘Fixed or Not’ from FAQ management list and adjust horizontal spacing for ‘Number’ and ‘Views’
2. Changes to the default inquiry period (3 months) and maximum selectable period (6 months) of 'Inquiry History' in ticket details
