1. Added the ability to pre-specify a response template when creating a new ticket
2. Resolving errors that occur when accessing help center notices after creating the first service
3. Improved ticket search speed and performance in the ticket list
4. Resolved an error where HTML tags were exposed in the list title when searching for draft notices
