2. Fixed the problem of not being able to create a ticket when making an international call through 'Ticket Management'.
3. Resolved the problem of overlapping services being displayed when searching for public templates in 'Service Management > Tickets > Template Management' 4. Improved to import inquiries from mail accounts registered in 'Service Management > Tickets > Email Settings' in real time

1. Default search period and maximum search period changed to 6 months
2. 'Ticket Management > Ticket Details' fixed the problem of not being able to search for the last letter when searching for processing type
3. 'Ticket Management > Ticket Details' fixed the problem of missing attachments when transferring issues
4. Improved 'Ticket Management > Ticket Details > Template Management' function
5. 'Ticket Management > Ticket Details > Inquiry' sort function added
6. 'Service Management > Trigger' Dooray notification, email notification, new substitution code added, and template creation function added for external delivery
