1. Processing time when extracting ticket details
When extracting, the calculation standard is changed from 'default language' to 'time zone'.

2. Show final logout
The agent's last logout time is displayed in the 'Service Management > Agent Management' menu list.

3. 'Status' substitution code
ticket 'status' replacement code is added in the trigger notification mail settings.

4.Other bug fixes
