Help Center

If you want to proceed with member integration with POST method, Login Status URL should be developed and registered in [Service Management > Help Center > Member Integration] menu.

If POST method is selected at [Service Management > Help Center > Member Integration] menu, the API will be automatically called when a customer enters the 'Inquiry' or 'Inquiry History' page of the help center. The login status and user ID of the customer will be checked by the API.
