[Ticket] How can I connect my external email to Online Contact?

Connecting external email account is possible through the procedure below.
1. Access [Service Management > Ticket > Email Settings] menu.
2. Click 'Enrollment' button in External Account.
3. Enter the information of the mail account and click Test button.
4. If there is no problem during the connection test, press 'Confirm' button to connect the account.
* Currently, Online Contact only supports the IMAP protocol mail import format.
