[Ticket] Can notification emails be sent under certain conditions?

When setting trigger results, you can set up three types of notifications in the 'object' selection.
1. Notification : Send to Agent
Notification emails will be sent only to the selected agent.
2. Notification : Send to Group
Notification emails will be sent to all agents in the selected group.
3. Notification : Send to User
Email will be sent to the customer.
Notification mail to agents will be sent to the email address registered in the Online Contact account, and notification mail to customers will be sent to the email address which was entered when the inquiry was submitted.
