[Ticket] Can I process tickets with the same inquiry all at once?

Tickets with the same content can be processed at once.
In the ticket list, use the checkbox to select multiple tickets. You will then be able to batch your answers in the pop-up window which is displayed after clicking the 'Ticket Batching' button at the top.
