[Permission] What is the difference between the types of permission?

Online Contact is operated by permissions as below:

 

- Organization Administrator : Organization administrators can access only the 'Global Management' and 'Service Management > Agent' menu.

- Administrator : Administrators have added access to the menu related to service settings to the agent permission. Administrators can only manage specific services registered as 'administrator' among the various services in the organization.

- Agent : Agents can conduct customer consultations. Only menus associated with the granted permissions are accessible.
