[ID] How can I create my Online Contact account?

The account registration procedure for Online Contact is as follows.

 

1. Person with OWNER or ADMIN permission in the organization can register IAM ID on the console screen, or a person with administrator permission in Online Contact can register IAM ID through Invite Members feature.
- Register by console : Access console > Select Organization > Manage Member > IAM Member
- Invite member : Access Online Contact > Service Management > Agent > Invite Members

 

2. After registering IAM member, access the following path and register agent permission to the IAM member. (Administrator permission required)
- Access Online Contact > Service Management > Agent > Add Agent

 

3. Mail for setting password becomes sent to the registered IAM Member through registered information. Change password through the mail.

 

4. Access Online Contact by the issued ID, and the password set by email.
