The deployment of updating 'Request Status', 'Request Date', 'Completion Date' which you can check in the [Report → SMS Send Status] menu is proceeded regularly to prevent excessive load on the server.
Therefore, we ask you for understanding about the status of messages that have already been sent may be displayed as 'Processing' temporarily. For faster information of the sent messages, the real-time status could be viewed in the console of NHN Cloud Notification Service linked to Online Contact.
