Help Center

Token verification URL is the URL address that you need to register in the [Service Management > Help Center > Member Integration] menu if you want to proceed with the membership integration by GET method. The development work of the client company is required to match the specifications provided by Online Contact.

When GET method is selected from [Service Management > Help Center > Member Integration] menu, the client APP calls the help center when a customer accesses to the help center, and the help center calls the entered token verification URL to verify the token delivered by the service. If token verification is successful, the customer can access the 'Inquiry' or 'Inquiry History' page with a member login status.
