[Call] I have problems with CTI login.
Registered date : 2021.01.07
The following two conditions must be met for the successful CTI login of the agent:
1) CTI information properly entered/saved in [Global Management → CTI Management → CTI Setting] tab
2) CTI information properly entered/saved to the agent in [Global Management → CTI Management → CTI Agent Management]
If CTI login does not proceed even though all necessary information has been entered according to the above conditions, please check again if the information you entered is correct from the CTI manager. If there is no problem with the information you entered, please contact the Online Contact Help Center.
