[Chat] Can I access to the chat screen only from the service which I have chat permission?

Among the multiple services added to your organization, if there is a service that you have permission to chat, chat icon will be displayed on all screens inside Online Contact to access to the chat widget.

However, chat requests are assigned to only agents who have chat permission in the relevant service, and the name of the service which the chat belongs to is displayed on the top of the chat widget.
